Payless Clothing Return Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it for a refund or merchandise credit, within 30 days of the original purchase.
Returns are accepted with our authorization only. Call for an RA# within 3 days of receipt of goods. Undeliverable, unclaimed or refused orders or merchandize returned due to customer errors are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to freight charges.
All authorized returns will be refunded the full amount of the merchandize cost less shipping to you your original account as soon as we get the goods from you. You may choose store credit towards your next order. |
